We are open 24×7 for online ordering of cookie gifts with gift box delivery across Canada and local courier delivery in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga, Milton, Brampton and across Toronto.
During this challenging time in Canada, we wanted to wish everyone well and to share the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our gifts.
BetterCookies.ca and our couriers continue to take extra precautions to keep our customers, gift recipients, team and food safe with the COVID-19 situation.
As an online business we already had many of the recommended precautionary procedures in place. As we only deliver our food gifts, this naturally limits the traffic and potential exposure.
Due to the concerns around COVID-19, we have implemented contact-less courier pickup and delivery with safe drop off at the cookie delivery destination. This usually means our couriers will either call or knock safely at the door and leave the gift in a safe spot.
We are also double packing the gifts to allow recipients to remove the outside packaging layer and still have the gift intact. This added layer of safety gives a peace of mind that protects the gift during delivery.
