Order Cancellation and Return Policy
Please review the BetterCookies.ca gift order delay, return and cancellation policy.
As all of our gourmet cookies are baked fresh and are perishable, we are unable to offer returns of any kind. If for some reason you have an issue with the gift received, please call us at 416-477-1401 and we will be happy to help.
If we have bad weather or there are other unexpected delays, we cannot guarantee the delivery time that you requested. Every effort will be made to do so, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur and no refund will be given. In this event, we will deliver the cookies as soon as it is possible. We will also, where possible, email you when we know that your delivery is delayed or there is a delivery concern.

If you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance of the delivery date, a 100% refund will be offered.
- If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, no refund will be applied.
Please be aware that these time limits are when a BetterCookies.ca representative actually receives the notice. If you send an e-mail at 5 am in the morning, the policy begins when we received it in our in-box the next morning (not when you sent it).
On multiple corporate orders, there are no cancellations with less than 7 days notice, and a fee will be charged for the work already performed.
